BMCC Automation is an internal workflow automation system operated by Big Mountain Card Co. This policy explains how BMCC Automation handles information obtained through authorized Google services.

Google Account Access

BMCC Automation may request access to authorized Google services, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail where required by configured business workflows.

Access is requested through Google's OAuth authorization process and occurs only after the Google account holder grants the requested permissions.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data accessed by BMCC Automation is used only to perform authorized internal Big Mountain Card Co. business operations. These operations may include reading or updating business spreadsheets, creating or accessing business documents, generating and delivering reports, and sending authorized business email where applicable.

Storage and Processing

Data may be processed by BMCC's workflow automation infrastructure and may remain within the applicable Google service or BMCC business systems where required for the operation of the authorized workflow.

BMCC Automation does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell Google user data.

Sharing of Information

Google user data is not sold or provided to unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the authorized workflow and supporting infrastructure only where necessary to provide that functionality.

Access and Revocation

Google account holders may revoke BMCC Automation's access through their Google Account security settings at any time.

Security

BMCC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect credentials and business data used by its automation systems.
